This is a very tough time and we want to do everything we can to help our students have something positive to turn to. We will no longer be offering group classes, however, we will continue to release videos weekly on YouTube to keep our students on track. We are also signing up groups by belt level for virtual classes. Here are some helpful tips for links to our home training.
- Our YouTube home practice videos categorized by belt as well as forms, self-defense & one-step sparring. You can click any belt to keep up on your curriculum and receive all of the details you can every need to know from Master Jeff. Also, we will be posting class plans that will allow you to practice from home and know how to improve your skills with stretching challenges and daily lesson plans. (Click on the word YouTube above to go straight to our home practice page).
- We are using Zoom as our virtual class platform to allow our students to connect with us. Please download Zoom Cloud Meeting app on any of your devices you would like to use during the student’s training. Please make sure students dress in their uniforms and have a safe place to practice. When you log in use code: 580-626-4129. We have made time slots by belt level throughout the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Here is our current time break down:

Please help us during these challenging times to keep your children focused and active during all of the school closures and group activity cancellations. With the unknown time line of closures, children are bound to get restless and bored. With all of these opportunities to stay in touch with us here at KICKS, your children will have an outlet to train and burn off that restless energy. Our class outlines will include physical fitness challenges, teamwork drills and helping students continue their journey to Black Belt.
